01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using q778 — whether through the website, the mobile app or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your account is for your personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or as part of any organised betting syndicate without prior written consent from q778.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on q778 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash – instant mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast – SBP instant interbank payment
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – from any major Pakistani bank
• Debit / Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard in PKR

Deposits are generally credited to your q778 balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. q778 does not apply a deposit fee on its end, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction charges that q778 has no control over.

You must only deposit money that belongs to you. Depositing funds from third-party accounts, using someone else's JazzCash or Easypaisa account, or using a bank card that is not registered in your name is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and a full review of the associated transactions.

q778 reserves the right to request proof of payment or source of funds at any time. This is a standard practice to ensure the security of all users on the platform.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your q778 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though many are completed faster.
• You must have completed any applicable identity verification before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 6.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.
• q778 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may temporarily delay processing.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

q778 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 World Cup and other major cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will have its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and an expiry period — these are always stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for one-time use per eligible user. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• q778 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms or cancel a user's bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse or violation of these terms.
• Promotional offers are generally available to verified users who have made at least one qualifying deposit in PKR, unless otherwise stated.

Free bets, where offered, will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of any winnings — only the net profit from a winning free bet is credited.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The q778 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on q778:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once you have clicked to confirm a bet and received a bet slip reference, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the time frame stated in the specific sport's rules, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned — this depends on the specific market rules.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in odds updates. q778 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect or corrupted odds.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
• q778 may restrict or suspend betting on certain events or markets at its discretion, particularly where there is a suspicion of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the combined rules of each individual leg. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections.

Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and international cricket matches, a match must reach a defined minimum number of overs for most markets to stand. Specific over thresholds are stated within each market's rules on the bet slip. For T20 matches, typically at least 5 overs must be completed for match winner bets to stand in the event of weather interruption.

08 Casino & Game Rules

The q778 game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, bingo and instant win games. The following general rules apply:

• All games in the q778 lobby use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are not influenced by q778 or any third party.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without manual user action
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats
• Systematically exploiting bonuses in ways not consistent with normal recreational play (bonus abuse)
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using q778 for money laundering purposes
• Allowing a minor to access or use your account
• Threatening, harassing or abusing q778 staff or other users

10 Account Suspension & Closure

q778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity

• Prolonged account inactivity (where applicable, an inactivity notice will be sent first)

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any genuine real money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following a verification check. If closure is due to a breach of terms, q778 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of an investigation.
